Theatre at Simpson Presents: HERCULES

2015-03-19_12-15-41Premiering this Friday, Theatre Simpson’s latest production of “Hercules” has campus in an uproar. It’s an epic tale of heroism, hardship, and Greek gods interfering with the affairs of mortals.

“Even before the play starts I lose my parents and then set off on a journey to find my own family,” said Braedon Ingersoll, who plays the titular character of Hercules. “Typical Greek tragedy stuff you know.”

Theatre Simpson has invested over $30,000 into the creation of animatronic creatures and bringing a live horse on stage. The Theatre Simpson Box Office expects “Hercules” to have the highest attendance of any Simpson production in the last decade. So put on your Spartan helm and bring your tissues to this year’s most exciting theatrical experience… HERCULES!
